With the fast phase world, most of us are busy doing our job to earn our living and we may forget our well being. We need to relax for some time to relieve us of our stress. We may not have time to go to a Spa or Meditation center to relieve our stress. It may take 10 to 20 minutes of listening to relaxing music would help us relieve our mind of so many pressures brought about by our jobs and deadlines.

I hope this short relaxing piano music would help people to make their bodies and mind relax for a bit. You can play it every night before going to bed.
