In this video, we will show you a very simple way of cooking sautéed broccoli without MSG.
Preparation time is only 1 minute and cooking time is 6 minutes. It is best for people who are always busy or those who are on a healthy diet.

Ingredients:
1 bunch of broccoli
3 gloves of garlic (minced)
1 tsp of cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Heat up the pan.
  2. Add a touch of cooking oil.
  3. Add in the garlic and sauté for few seconds.
  4. Add the broccoli, season it with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir it well before covering for 5 minutes to cook the broccoli.
  6. Make sure to turn the heat down, you do not want to overcook the broccoli and burn the garlic.
  7. Serve as a side dish or add as an ingredient to your preferred main course.
