This Filipino Style of Spring Rolls is filled with ground pork, carrots, onions and egg wrapped in thin crepes called 'wrapper'. A crunchy Filipino style meat spring rolls can be eaten alone or with 'rice'. My favorite 'ulam'.
500g of ground pork
1 whole onions (finely chopped)
1 head garlic (minced)
1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
spring roll wrappers
Serve while it's hot with sweet and sour sauce. Best to eat with rice.
